Special Council Meeting Scheduled for December 31, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVE that a special meeting of the Plymouth Borough Council will be held on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 11:00 o’clock a.m. in the Borough Municipal Building located at the address listed herein below. At that meeting the council will act on Tax Ordinance No. 2023-7, which if adopted will fix the millage on real estate for general purposes at 7.13 mills and for special purposes/dedicated taxes of 0.59 mills, total millage on real estate for 2024, 7.72 mills.  Also, Council will act on an amended budget for 2024. At this special meeting the Council will be authorized to conduct and act on any lawful Borough Business. A copy of Ordinance 2023-7 was provided to this newspaper and commencing immediately can be inspected along with the Amended Proposed Budget by any citizen in the office of the Secretary of the local government unit at the Plymouth Borough Municipal Building, 162 Shawnee Avenue, Plymouth, Pennsylvania, on any business day (except, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., prevailing time.
